About This Service

PC Social Media is an automated social media content scheduling and posting service developed by PC Infinite Soft Co., Ltd. The service allows you to connect your social media accounts and authorize PC Social Media to publish content on your behalf according to your scheduled settings. You are solely responsible for all content that is posted through the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our software and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use our services to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Use the service to distribute spam, malware, or misleading information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt any part of the service
• Use the service in any way that violates the platform policies of connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Shopee, Lazada)

Automated Posting Disclosure

PC Social Media is an automated tool that publishes content to your social media accounts on your behalf. By using this service:

• You acknowledge that posts will be published automatically according to your configured schedule
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is scheduled
• You must not use this service to post spam, deceptive content, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or any content that violates platform policies
• PC Infinite Soft is not responsible for content published through your account via this service

Authorization & Revocation

When you connect a social media account to PC Social Media, you authorize us to access and post on that account within the permissions you grant. The following applies:

• Authorization is granted by you through each platform's OAuth process
• You may revoke authorization at any time via the PC Social Media dashboard
• You may also revoke access directly through each platform's settings (e.g., Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites > Remove)
• Upon revocation, all stored access tokens for that account will be deleted within 24 hours
• Revoking access does not affect posts already published

Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials provided by PC Infinite Soft are the intellectual property of PC Infinite Soft Co., Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without written permission. Content you create and post through our service remains your property.

Third-Party Platform Compliance

When using PC Social Media to post on Facebook, Instagram (Meta), TikTok, X (Twitter), Shopee, Lazada, or other connected platforms, you are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines, including:

• Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policy (https://www.facebook.com/terms)
• TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• X (Twitter) Terms of Service and Rules
• Shopee and Lazada Seller policies

PC Infinite Soft reserves the right to suspend your account if we determine that your use of our service is causing violations of third-party platform policies.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

PC Infinite Soft provides this service "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service
• We are not responsible for posts that fail to publish due to third-party platform outages, API changes, or policy restrictions
• We are not liable for content published through your account via this service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our software
• We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs (Meta, TikTok, X, etc.) that may affect service functionality

Account Termination

PC Infinite Soft reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following conditions:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Violation of connected platform policies (Meta, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Use of the service for spam, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or other abusive purposes
• Non-payment of subscription fees (if applicable)

Upon account termination or deletion, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may delete your own account at any time from the account settings.

Subscription & Billing

PC Social Media may offer paid subscription plans. If applicable:

• Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact PC.Infinite.Soft@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge for refund requests
• Access to paid features will be suspended if a subscription lapses; data will not be deleted immediately

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thailand.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
